YOUR RETAIL COACHING SOLUTION – OPTIONS

Two coaching options are available for you to choose from;

Option 1: The Call-In Coaching Program

Under this option;

  1. You are required to complete a form online wherein you shall state the challenge for which you believe the services of a retail coach and expert is needed.
  2. Based upon an assessment, if it determined that the case requires coaching, one of our retail coaches and experts shall be assigned to you with whom you shall agree to work and resolve the issue.

In addition, the following shall be discussed and agreed before the commencement of the coaching sessions. The coaching sessions shall be for an agreed duration of time.

  • The total duration of the coaching period (one month, a quarter…)
  • The number of engagement that is needed (not more than once a week)
  • The time and day of the week that is suitable for you are required to call-in for a session with the retail coach and expert
  • Set benchmarks and mile stones to assess the coaching impact
  • The cost of the coaching sessions agreed and terms of payment.
  • You shall be required to pay a commitment fee.
  • All payments as may be agreed shall be made upfront including the payment of a commitment fee
  • All calls are metered and as a result, the call shall terminate exactly at the agreed time. However, you may choose to extent the time provided;
    1. The retail coach and expert is available to continue the session with you
    2. You have made an upfront payment for the additional time in consideration

Option 2: The Physical-Contact Coaching Program

Under this option, the key difference with option 1 above is that the retail consultant and expert physically meet with you in person at the agreed place (our office, your office or a safe public place) instead of a call-in and shall be for a determined period of time. All other conditions shall hold.
